Archdrill (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Gabeyre Global Inc, a company based in Ontario, Canada. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. You can reach us at support@archdrill.com.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password. Passwords are stored in hashed form by our authentication provider and are never visible to us in plain text.
To provide the service, we store the job descriptions you paste, the AI-generated challenges and feedback, and your written answers (together, your interview “transcripts”). This content is stored in our database, which is hosted by Supabase.
When you use AI features, our servers record each AI model call in an internal usage log (ai_usage_log). Each record includes your account ID, the operation performed, the time, and your IP address. We use this solely
to enforce rate limits and to protect the service against abuse and excessive spend.
We use PostHog for product analytics. PostHog is configured to run without cookies and processes data in the United States. It helps us understand how the product is used in aggregate. See our Cookie Notice for details and how to opt out.
If you purchase a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your payment details directly; we do not store your full card number. At the time of writing, paid plans are not yet live — this section applies once payments are enabled.
Our AI features are powered by DeepSeek. When you generate a challenge or receive feedback, the relevant content — such as the job description you submitted, your answers, and the conversation so far — is transmitted to DeepSeek so it can produce a response.
DeepSeek may store or otherwise process that input in accordance with its own privacy policy, which is outside our control. By using the AI features, you acknowledge and consent to your inputs being sent to DeepSeek for processing. Do not include information in a job description or answer that you are not comfortable sharing with a third-party AI provider.
These providers may store and process data outside Canada, including in the United States.
We use strictly necessary session cookies to keep you signed in (managed by Supabase). We do not use advertising cookies, and our analytics is cookieless. See our Cookie Notice for more detail.
We keep your account information and interview content for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations. You can request deletion of your account and its associated content by contacting us.
Under Canadian privacy law (including PIPEDA where it applies), you generally have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent to its use. We aim to honour similar requests from users in other jurisdictions, including GDPR-style requests where applicable.

Archdrill is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will reflect material changes in the “Last updated” date and, where required by law, notify you directly.
