These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Archdrill, operated by Gabeyre Global Inc of Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Archdrill is an AI-powered interview practice tool. You provide a job description, and we generate practice challenges and feedback. The service is provided on an “as is” basis and may change over time.
You agree not to:
You may submit job descriptions that you did not write (for example, postings you found online). You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use that content for personal interview practice and that your use does not infringe anyone’s rights. We treat submitted descriptions as your content for purposes of providing the service.
Challenges, feedback, and summaries are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. They are provided for practice only and are not professional, legal, or career advice. Do not rely on them for real hiring or employment decisions. You use AI-generated content at your own risk.
The service includes a free tier. Paid plans, where offered, are billed through Stripe and are subject to our Refund Policy. Fees and features may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid plans.
The service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us a limited licence to store and process it to operate the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gabeyre Global Inc and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100), where permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use threatens the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, communicated to you.
